Lee's collects the details provided by you on registration together with information we learn about you from your use of our service and your visits to our web site and other sites accessible from them. Access to Retail Loyalty Card information
We will access the information recorded through the use of your Lee's Reward Program to help us improve our services, target advertising and make our communications to you more relevant.
For instance, if you use our online grocery service, whenever you buy products at Lee's Marketplace using your loyalty card, we can automatically add it to your "favorite products" list for the online service.

We use clear gifs on our sites from Google Analytics, Double Click DART and Quantcast and other 3rd party vendors. This enables us to gauge the effectiveness of our services and marketing programs and ad targeting.
Mobile Device Unique Identifier
When connecting to Lee's via a service provider that uniquely identifies your mobile device, Lee's may receive this identification and use it to offer extended services and/or functionality. Certain Lee's services may require our collection of your phone number. We may associate that phone number to the mobile device identification information. However, we will not use that phone number or share your number for the use of telemarketing.
Physical Location
When you download our mobile applications, Lee's obtains your consent to use information for pinpointing technology such as GPS and cell tower information. Lee's may use and store this information, in combination with other location-based information such as IP address, billing postal code provided by your carrier or registration location, to provide enhanced location based services, serve location-targeted advertising, search results, and other content.

Return and Delivery Policy
Lee's Marketplace takes pride in the high quality of our fresh food and packaged goods. That's why we guarantee your satisfaction with every product, every time. If you are dissatisfied with any item in your order, please contact us right away — we will either replace it with an acceptable item, refund 100% of the cost for that item, or provide an alternative solution.
To receive the delivery, you must live in a residential apartment or home and you or your doorman must be present to receive your order from the delivery provider during your selected delivery window. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery.
If you or your doorman are not present during your selected delivery window, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to contact you and reschedule delivery (a re-delivery fee equal to the original delivery fee will apply). In such a case, if we are unable to redeliver the order to you for any reason, the order will be canceled.
